What is your return policy?
All items and purchases are final sale. Please make sure you want your purchase before checking out as i've had a few people order and cancel, which can put me in a weird position if i've already packed and shipped out the order.
If you have a quality issue with one of my products, please contact me.
Where is my order?
Most shipping speeds selected are not fast. To the USA i've seen things take 2-4 weeks. To Europe and Australia, i've seen things take 6 months.
If you want to ensure that your item gets to you fast, please upgrade shipping at checkout.
From Canada within Canada, i've seen it take 2-3 weeks as well.
Why hasn't my item arrived yet?
Could be a few things! The shipping speed selected, especially if it's ground. (I've seen items take up to 6 months to Australia with this method!), being processed through customs..etc
What is my tracking number?
The majority of mail speeds selected do not have a tracking number included, unless you upgrade your tracking to a method that provides that.
What is happening with my order?
Most likely it's stuck in transit. I try to get my orders out as often as possible. Statutory holidays can happen as well as weekends. Mail doesn't move in Canada on the weekend. Your item can also get tied up in customs. If you have contacted me about an Etsy order, please reach out to me through my etsy store at http://retrophiliac.etsy.com
What happens if my item gets returned to you?
You have two options:
1. You can pay the shipping again and give me an updated address
2. I can refund you the price of the item, without the shipping
I always suggest tracking your item closely if you receive a tracking number.
I am not responsible for incorrect addresses and mail that doesn't get picked up and returned to me, but I will do my best to work with you.
Can I customize an item?
At this time, all my items have already been manufactured by third party companies. I do not make the items I sell, but I do design and source them.
Will I owe duty? 
If you're not in Canada, it's possible. This is something that is out of my control. I am not responsible for duties or taxes incurred.
Are you out of stock on a particular item?
This can definitely happen. Make sure to sign up for my e-mail updates and I will do my absolute best to send updates through that, as well as my facebook page.

I am located in beautiful British Columbia, Canada.

Yes I am and proudly so!
Will you have magnetic pin options?
I have asked my manufacturer about this and they said due to the size of the pins, that this option is not available.
